DELIVERY PROCESS
Truck Sizes:
Dodge5500- 2 to 3.5 tons/yards
Single Axle - 4 to 8
tons/ yards
Tandem - 8.5 to 16 tons/ yards
Semi- 25 tons or 25 to 35 yards
Flatbed - 2 pallet/ ton minimum or
1
ton loose product + 1 pallet
Delivery Charges:
All Deliveries will have a delivery charge.
Delivery Charges vary depending on location.
What to Expect:
1. A driver will call you to:
get directions, confirm product & confirm
quantity
ordered
2. Once driver arrives:
Pay for product,
Sign delivery ticket-
accepting delivery
& understanding
that SFSG will not be held
responsible
for any damages that may
occur after
leaving public property.
SOMEONE MUST BE AT LOCATION TO ACCEPT DELIVERY!
What to be Aware of:
Always be aware of trees, power lines, busy streets
& other things that may be blocking the delivery area.
By accepting
delivery, customer agrees to hold harmless
and indemnify Santa Fe
Sand & Gravel, Inc. from all
claims and liabilities for damages
growing out of such
delivery such as: but not limited to; damaged
sidewalks,
damage to underground structures, damage to pavement/
concrete on private property, damage to public curb and
gutter and sidewalk. etc.
Prices:
Delivery prices quoted are based upon prompt
unloading at site.
Please make sure that nothing
is in the way of the delivery area.
If unloading is
delayed, an additional charge to the purchaser will
be made. Customer must be reponsible for being at
the delivery loacation.
ALL STOCK ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED WITH A RECEIPT SPECIAL ORDERS OF PAVERS OR RETAINING WALL BLOCK= 30% RESTOCKING FEE SPECIAL ORDERS OF FLAGSTONE OR NATURAL
THIN VENEER MAY NOT BE RETURNED
